Scorm export 1.2 suddenly stopped.

Option to export in scorm 1.2 suddently sto ppede. All other options works fine.
Any ideas to fix it?

**** To control the error I installed 3.9; 3.10; 3.10.5 *****
Here is what I found:
1. At all the original projects which hed the error I started with language NO.
2. I made exports with NO and I can also Import them with NO with scorm 1.2
3. Since the errors one workaround is to chance the language to EN
4. But It still leaves the question about I any have met some strange behavior from scorm 1.2
