Can’t display video once it’s uploaded

I’m struggling to display the video I uploaded in Xerte . It only shows Download file
I’d be grateful for any expert suggestions

Hi,

This is because the file type you have used is not playable in the browser. What file extension does your video have? You should convert it to .mp4 and then it should work.
