Hello I can access the Xerte website and log in: however, I cannot access the toolkit when I use the same username and password. When I Press log in the page seems to refresh. I do not get any message telling me that my password or username is incorrect. can anyone advise me on how to fix this.

The Xerte website (and its login credentials) in general have nothing to do with any Xerte Toolkits installation. So, no in general you would NOT be able to login using the credentials of the community website.

And, yes, if the login credentials are incorrect, the login form will reset, and you will see no error message. I think we can do better, but indeed that is the current behaviour.

What Xerte Toolkits installation are we talking about?
