Media Lesson/ Stand-alone page bug v3.10?

Outlined below is an issue we're having with the Media Lesson page and sync points not displaying content in panel two after a users revisits the Media Lesson page. I suspect the issue might lie with the stand-alone page/lightbox functionality. In this example, a user plays the YouTube video in panel one and sync point content starts to display in panel two. The last sync point (0.20) displays hyperlink buttons that allow the user to: 'Go to the beginning,' 'Jump to 15s.,' 'Show the editor view,' and 'Go to Page 2.' The first two buttons work as expected. The last two buttons do what they are meant to do but when the user returns to the Media Lesson page and plays the video again non of the sync point content displays. Happy to share this example if anyone wants to try and replicate this on their Xerte server.

Issue: Media lesson sync points don't display after first pass when using the 'Show the editor view,' and 'Go to Page 2' hyperlink buttons.
Expected behaviour: Media lesson sync points display each time a user revisits the page after opening the Xerte LO.
Browser: Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Xerte version: 3.10 (git v3.10.4-25-g6388a3f)

I've attached the editor view for reference. The fact your example works would suggest I've done something wrong in my demo.
