Trying to download export SCORM package

Hi
Have just completed a LO and although I have a link that works - the embed code does not work on a Canvas page.
I was hoping to export for SCORM deployment with SCORM 1.2 as a zip file and then extract to Canvas - not really sure how to but trying to work it out as I go but when I click on 'Get Scorm 1.2 Package' - nothing happens - it looks like something is happening - ie blue spinning icon for a few seconds then nothing
Any ideas?

What OS are you using? If Linux, can you please check if the php zip extension is active?

My OS is Windows 10 and I'm getting nowhere nothing happens when I try to download as an archive zip which is apparently what I need to do to upload to Canvas.
Help anyone?
