two / too many in saml2.php

I've found two slashes too many in the code of Saml2.php
line 122 /library/... -> library/...
line 76 the same
Is there a way someone can fix this in the code? Otherwise you won't get redirected correctly after login/logout with Saml2

I have fixed it. It should not influence teh functioning, i.e. even if there is a slash too many, it should still work.
