LTI - what should it report to the LMS?

Thanks again Ron. Our developers are in-house (i.e. in our Technology Enhanced Learning team) who look after all our learning technologies.

Our plan was to update to 3.10 later in the year (and we have requents for this functionality to work now) but I'll pass on your comments.
