Can't import

Hi I'm trying to import a deployment.zip I created some time ago into Xerte 3.8. However, I unable to do so. I have changed the max_filesize and max_size values in apache2 php.config. I'm running Xerte on Debian Linux 10. I'm getting the following error from Apache:

The permissions on the import directory are:
drwxrwxrwx 2 me me 4096 Jul 2 12:50 import
Why?

You're running on Debian, so I would expect apache to run under user www-data:www-data.

Even though the permissions of the import folder are wide open, it still is possible that the apache user cannot save the file. I normally change the ownership of the whole xerte installation folder to the apache user, i.e. something like

It's the same! Do you notice in the error log that it doesn't say the "From File:" Could this be the problem? I have placed the orginal file in the uploads_tmp_dir, which is also now owned by www-data
