How to build a scorm presenting a video to view and send "completed" to moodle?

Hello,
I've tried to build a scorm-package from just a one-pager (media/video page). After several hours of trying I cannot get moodle to cmi-record more then just "entered page 1" and lesson-status "not attempted". What options do I have to select? I'm using the latest build 3.8 (git v3.8.5-13-g42c1bbf) and moodle 3.4
Help much appreciated!
