Interactivity page types not "resetting"

This is an issue that someone flagged in another thread on Gap Fill, in the Bugs and Issues forum.

The issue is that in the Gap Fill - Fill Blank page type if you leave the page incomplete and then return to it, you see the "All Wrong" or "Part Wrong" feedback, but the page does not seem to reset to allow you to complete it.

Something similar seems to happen with the Interactive Text page type. If you leave the page and return to it, the interactivity doesn't function as it should.

I am assuming these are known issues. Can anyone suggest a workaround?
