Hi, Tom.
Looks like that's fixed it. Thanks!

I'm having a similar issue with uploading with a test installation of 3.8.5. I've gone through the suggestions on this post. The upload seems to work as expected as I get a 200 response from the post.I've checked the zip library is installed. The error I receive is "Parent template 'Nottingham' is not recognised as a valid parent template in this installation." The error would make me think that the app is getting the data but mytemplate content is not correct. Can anyone help? Thanks

That error message would mean that your installation doesn't have a record in the originaltemplates table with template_name equal to Nottingham. Did you somehow rename the template (that would not e trivial to do, by the way, so it must something different)?

Or that the database connection is not owrking, but then I would expect a lot more issues, and not only with sub-templates.

Could you pease set $development to true in config.php (line 43) and check for messages in error_logs/debug.log?

Thanks for the response. I've switched $development to true and tried to upload again. I'm now getting a different error "Session is invalid or expired" this is being returned in the post and this is written to the logs

2020-05-05 12:35:50 /website_code/php/database_library.php176Running : SELECT * FROM xt_sitedetails
2020-05-05 12:35:50 /website_code/php/management/upload.php22Session is invalid or expired

Not sure why the error has changed.

Another question. How large is your sub-template zip file?

I've tried a couple of different files one was 12,713 kb and the other is 2,047 kb. Both are failing to post.
