forum home screen

On all my devices the homepage of the forum looks like the attachement? Loginname is not visible. The header seems to big.
Is this only my problem or is this also a problem for others.

I sometimes get this, if I follow a link from a notification message, bet then I can scroll up and it looks good. When I enter the forum on the website, it also looks ok.
