xApi not working anymore

Last year my LOs where capable of sending xAPI statements to Scorm Cloud.
This year (after changing to https??) none of the old, but also new LOs refuse to send statements to Scorm Cloud (and Watershed as well)
Any one an idea where to start looking?

Also the graph in the Xerte Workspace is not showing any activities. The graph is not loading at all.... showing the loading16.gif instead...

It looks like you get an error from the LRS

1. Is the http -> to https change, the only change you made? What is the value of site url in the serversettings of the management.php page. Is that set to https as well (see attached screenshot)?
   
2. Do you get any error in the javascript console if you open the Xerte Workspace? (In Chrome press F12 en navigate to the console tab

I run a hosted site; toplevel seems to be https, subdomain mijnsite.nl/xertetoolkits/ is 'niet beveiligd'

I can open and enter the managementconsole and change options, but saving results in a 403 access denied message.

Q1: value is still http://
Q2: yes, there is a error concerning the http https issue.

But can this explain the difference with last year's situation? And prevent Xerte from sendiing statements to the LRS?

Looks like Xerte is still working under http and not https (the setting is under site settings; your picture)
But because i can';t change settings through the management console i need to change the option for Xerte to serve its scripts via https manually.

In what file is that setting saved?

It's stored in the database, field site_url in the table sitedetails

You can also use the php file attached.

1. Copy the file to the xerte installation
2. Login to the management.php page
3. Run the file, by entering <xerte url>/tohttps.php
