Hi all,

I started to use LaTex, and though I never used it, to my surprise I can make it work the way I want.
Except it does not seem to work in the feedback form of the gap fill question.
For instance, x2 appears as \[x^2\].
In the Introductory text or Gap fill text it works fine.
I am using Chrome.

Is this a known bug? Are there more places it doesnot work, though the math button is present?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Elly

That is probably a bug. I'll have a look.

Hi,
Has this problem been solved? I have a colleague who is building modules using variables & LaTeX. She has now encountered a similar problem, where the layout is mostly correct but sometimes isn't.

Edit: The problem has been solved! Turns out the curly brackets my colleague used for the exponents collided with the HTML and weren't necessary.
