Ask them about my IP address being blocked after trying to save several times with asfunction in the postdata...

There may be a diffrent plugin that does the IP black;isting...

Do you see anything like this in your cPanel (Mod_Security under plugins)



Or do you see an EasyApache link near the top?

Hi John,
Sorry for the delay, bank holiday over here yesterday. The good news is that it's fixed. The support desk for our hosting company whitelisted one more mod_security rule and that seems to have done it. I'm just waiting on them to get back to me with some more details for you. Specific rule etc.

The rules that were whitelisted were:

318813
340149

There are others on the server that are whitelisted for all sites, but, these are the two specific to yours.
