Image filename with single quotation marks

I accidentally uploaded an image with single quotation marks in the filename via Project Properties, and now I can't delete it. I suspect (maybe wrongly) that the single quotation marks are causing an issue with the Javascript, e.g.

Just wondering how I go about deleting it?

if you select the project in the workspace and then select Properties > Media and Quota are you able to delete it from there? You may need to make sure it isn't in use first e.g. remove it from the page in the editor.
Let us know whether that works or not and if not I can obviously remote into your server and remove the file if needed.

No, that's where I can't delete it from. It not used in the project at all, and it's showing as not in use, but won't respond to clicks...

Ah ok then get into the media browser either via the editor toolbar or via a page type with import media option and then select > right click > delete the file from there.
I just tested this and it works fine but for anyone else finding or reading this thread please confirm that it worked for you too?
