Menu duplication when italian language is selected

Hello,
as you can see in the attached images, when the Italian language is selected, there is a duplication in the menu to insert the content.
How can we correct?

Most likely this is caused by some items not yet translated into Italian.

So, I would expect that if you choose Italian and go into the English items, that there some items there, and the 'same' item in Italian shows the translated pages.
