positions 4 panels medialesson max.screen, 2 x 2

When I use three panels with the medialesson, for example, they come neatly one left and two right, or the other way around. Even if I maximize the screen.
If I have four panels, they come to a smaller screen neatly two by two, but ... if the screen is maximized they all come together and the bottom two are not visible.
How do I get the four panels always two by two on the screen, even with a maximum screen.

This works ok for me & they stay lined up properly. What browser are you using? I have tried in Chrome, IE & Firefox. Does it happen even if you don't add any content to the panels (except the media uploaded to the media panel).
