Active sidenav in Bootstrap template

When you scroll down the page in the Bootstrap template, each sidenav <li> becomes active as you scroll to the corresponding section. However, this only seems to work for me on the very first page - on subsequent pages the active class doesn't seem to be applied when scrolling.

Is this something to do with ScrollSpy? Is there a fix to get it to work on all pages?
