Documentation Page Type No Image but is in Extract

Hi All fellow Xerte folk,
Hopefully you can help and I attach screenshots to represent my problem.

When using the new Documentation Page Type which is available in Xerte 3.4, I can upload an image file to the 'Interactivity > Documentation > Nested Page > Media section.

When I play the Xerte package in Xerte I can see the image. When I export SCORM package and upload to Blackboard, this image does not appear but I get a message on the screen saying 'No Media Selected'.

To test this outside of Blackboard, I extracted the exported SCORM package and played the scorm2004RLO using FireFox browser and I did not see the image and I got the same error message 'No Media Selected'.
When I checked the content of the Xerte SCORM package, the image called: FemaleLecturer.jpg is there. The filename is short with no spaces.

Can anyone help me with this please? Best regards. Anne

neither SCORM export or Blackboard are relevant here - you've found a bug in the code and the same problem exists with deployment export too. I'll log that as a bug for fixing in a future release.
In the meantime there's a simple workaround that you can use yourself...
Select and add New Text Area instead of New Media
Show the wysiwyg editor toolbar
Use the Image button on the toolbar to add an image
That shows up fine on export.

Hi Ron,
Although the image is now showing in the SCORM export when uploaded to Blackboard (so that's fine), after clicking the 'Download' button and saving in Word, the image is not showing. Please see the screenshots attached/below.
Do you think there is a solution? At the moment shall I write guidance to users to inform them not to expect the image to be showing in the Word document?

that's a different issue. I don't think images have ever been part of the downloaded Word doc so yes for now I think just alert your users to this fact.
