Flash type export error

I installed Xerte online Version 3.4
- I created a project add video images and page. When I Export to a package Get SCORM (SCORM 1.2 package) or export for deployment with Flash format it show bellow error

ERROR: The RLO file Nottingham.rlt failed to load.

Please help me.

We should make this more clear in a future release, but Flash is not supported anymore. It's available for people who still have old objects.

I am using moodle 3.1 and i would like to add scorm to my site. How can i use flash format in Xerte and export it to moodle (SCORM type).

You cannot.

But for Moodle 3.1 and SCORM you don't need flash.

Just export the SCORM 2004 3rd Ed html5 package and upload that to Moodle.
