Customisation of Bootstrap top folder title

I can't see the image you included, perhaps you might want to resend? Anyhow, here at UWL we're using the latest version 3. We're only behind with the latest update which we'll aim to adopt hopefully in the Easter break. So, I presume that's not the problem.

As for the black menu, all I would like to do is use bold for text, maybe change the hovering colour, nothing major. I will try the F12 option, hopefully, it will be minimal tweaking.
