Decision Tree Template

It could be me trying to develop my Decision Tree template incorrectly. But I thought I would see all the sections when I previewed (I did tick the box to make this happen) but I only get my first section and no more sections.
Please can you advise on whether I am setting this up correctly. I have 4 sections, and at the moment I only see and have access to the first section. Thanks in advance for your help.

You only see one question at a time. You can see how the sections work in this example: www.nottingham.ac.uk/toolkits/play_11196
After you answer yes to one of the first questions you are taken into a section (a branch of questions) e.g. answer yes to the 1st question and you go into the gaseous emissions section where you see the section title at the top:

Thank you for clarifying and it all works OK now that I have set it up properly. I guess I was expecting to see the Section names on the left as a list.

but it's OK as it displays.
