Media file missing on Exporting - XOT2.1

I'm having issues when trying to export as scorm 1.2 package. Media folder is not exported in full, a lot of media files are missing (png, mp3, mp4) in the zip file. I increased upload file size and post file size (to 100M) in php.ini without success. Original media folder is around 60 Mb but exported folder is around 13 Mb. Same problem is happening with other projects too. I'm using XOT v2.1.

There used to be a problem with spaces and foreign (accented) characters in the filenames. That was fixed in 3.01.

I'm going to install last version and check.

I installed XOT version 3.2 and now when I try to export as SCORM1.2 package all mp3 files and subfolders in media folder are missing on zip file. It happens also when is exported as SCORM2004 package. Exported as Archive Zip works fine, all mp3 and subfolders are in zip file. I don't have any clue about what is causing this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

How did you manage to create subfolders? As far as I know, you cannot do that.
