This came up as an issue for those creating and editing learning objects. It was just annoying for editing use on a large screen but restrictive on a small screen like a laptop (the pop-up that appears for page types was partially off-screen, preventing the user from clicking the 'Before', 'After' or 'At End' buttons).

It looks like the 'Preview' button opens up a size-restricted screen as well, where you can't expand the window in IE11 (unlike the 'Play' button inside the Edit window which opens a window that can be resized). [Maybe because resizable=true rather than yes or 1 in function 'preview_window(admin)'...?]
