The project has no data

Hi, I am having this problem: I made a learning object, made it public, etc., but when I try to export it to use it offline, I get this message: The project data has not loaded.

The html file doesn´t work on Chrome, neither in Opera, but it works on Firefox. What I am doing wrong? how can i fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your support.

a few comments...

1. Always click publish before exporting to ensure that changes are included in the export
2. If you are using the main XOT project template rather than one of the others like Site/Bootstrap or Decision then if you need the LO to work offline choose the offline export option rather than deployment or SCORM etc.
3. As you have discovered if you use one of the other export formats, or have exported a project created with one of the other project templates which don't currently have offline export, then you will find that different browsers deal with the security issues of loading xml differently. Chrome probably won't work at all, IE should prompt and Firefox will usually work. However if you upload that export to a webserver or VLE etc all browser should work. This is just a security issue with the way different browsers work with dynamic loading of xml and the offline export of the main template creates an export format to minimise that issue and work offline.
