Lost root branch of project

Hello,

We are working with Xerte 3.1 over a Apache in a Debian jessie on a proxmox VE.

We are working normally, but we have found a couple of times with a user losing her work, as she loses access to the root branch of the project.
The other users are working normally and doesn't have any issue related with this one.

I can't find any error log into php error, neither apache problems.

I'm totally lost as I don't knwo where to gather some more info in order to resolve this issue.

firstly there are a few different but rare causes of lost work and I'm just working on a guide to all of that covering each scenario in detail. Hopefully available by the end of this week or early next. Before that's available I can guess at the cause in your case and suspect it's that more than one editor window to the same project was opened by the user. The chances of this happening has been minimised as far as we can in recent revisions of the code so I suggest your first step is to upgrade your installation to the latest version.
