ERROR WHEN CLICK ON MAXIMIZE TO MINIMIZE

Hello Sir,

i am getting an error when i click the maximize button to minimize the system get struck . Then i have to close all the tabs. I don't know how to solve this can u help me?. Please i have to find the solution for this
