missing xerte files for showing a movie

Here are the two plugins that I am missing. How can I get them? They are not in the download package. They are called: popcorn-complete.js and popcorn.mediaconstructor.js

Yes, they are in the download packge. I just verified that. What package are you using?

Please note that you cannot use an update package to update to a newer version of Xerte. You need the full package to do that. If you are using 3.12 you can find the missing files in the full 3.12 package.

It is really there. I just checked again with a freshly downloaded zip file from the website:

It is in modules/xerte/parent_templates/Nottingham/common_html5/popcorn/plugins
