XAMPP + Xerte setup issues.

i have followed all the instructions and installed xampp and xerte but when i ran it throws the errors in the attached screenshot. i read al related and similar issues in forum but didnt help.

Please i need help urgently.

There are numerous reasons why this can happen.

1. What port is XAMPP Apache running on? Default is port 80, but it can also be something like 8080.

2. In what folder did you install XAMPP and in what folder did you place the unzipped Xerte files?
