I try to find an easy way to add a text to speech ability in a xerte LO.

The background is, that I have a lot of students which aren't able to read, but can for sure handle an internet browser and with that all the navigation images provided on a page.
Therefor I wish to let the text, holding the information and written on the page, read to them, but without all the other things a screen reader would probably read too.

Adding a mp3 with all the text in it, doesn't look like a really clever idea to me... :)
