Dear Community
Sorry, this is my second post today...
My environment is:
OS: CentOS Linux release 7.0.1406 (Core)
Apache Version: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS)
Xerte Toolkit Version: 2.1 (git git-103-gebc6f34)
When a user clicks the button to create a new Xerte Online Toolkit from the area on the right hand side following login the edit window appears but the details of the Toolkit do not appear. I can see from the apache error_log that Xerte is trying to find a preview.xml file that should exist at /var/www/html/xertetoolkits/USER-FILES/75-salt-xerte-1-Nottingham/preview.xml
[Tue Apr 28 15:45:12.870152 2015] [core:info] [pid 9963] [client xxx.xxx.18.250:57072] AH00128: File does not exist: /var/www/html/xertetoolkits/USER-FILES/75-salt-xerte-1-Nottingham/preview.xml, referer:
myserver.swansea.ac.uk/xertetoolkits/mod...te/engine/wizard.swf
The directory /var/www/html/xertetoolkits/USER-FILES/ is empty other than a readme.txt file. It looks like Xerte is not creating the directory structure under /var/www/html/xertetoolkits/USER-FILES/ that the process requires.
I can't see any reason why Xerte would not be creating the required files. I've tried removing cookies, restarting Apache, checking the permissions on the folders (Apache:Apache) but to no avail.
Does anyone have any idea what may be going wrong?
thanks in advance
