Hello, and I hope you're well.

I updated to the latest version of Xerte, and when I log in as administrator and click on the "Site" and "AI" options, nothing appears. However, if I go to other options (templates, themes, users, etc.), the options are visible.

How can I fix this problem so that clicking on "Site" and "AI" allows me to see the options?

I'm sharing a short video showing the problem.

Make sure you have the latest 3.15x download 3.15.2-8
Make sure you ran upgrade.php and without errors.
Make sure you copy or rename vendor_config.php.dist to vendor_config.php

Please rename the following file:

vendor_config.php.dist to vendor_config.php

Now I can see the AI ​​options, but the Site options are not visible. All other options are working correctly.

Did you force refresh or clear offline files?
Open the browser developer tools (F12) and refresh then try site again what errors do you see in the console?
Set $development = true; around line 43 in config.php then check the debug.log and the apache error log.
There isn't a known bug with the management site page so if that isn't loading it's an error with your installation or the upgrade process.

Hi, in the end, none of your solutions worked.

I had to contact Gemini and was able to fix it.

The solution involved an LTS option that hadn't been configured. Apparently, although it's not mandatory, failing to configure it can cause errors in updates, or at least that was my experience.

I had to lower a security rule in my .htaccess file and run an SQL query, regenerating and correcting something related to the LTS table.

With all due respect, I suggest improving the update process, as it's not entirely clear and could cause these kinds of problems in the future. Otherwise, I appreciate your kind assistance.
