Hi Ron,

Thank you for the advice! I have had a full backup taken of both the installation and the database.

I know of only one recent change that was made: increasing the amount of RAM the server had available for it to work with. Interestingly, that was just before the issues started. The two could be connected or they could be separate issues.

Having successfully gained access via management.php I saw all the users' projects when I first logged in, but now I am only getting the following message:
the feature is for administrators only

I saw on a different post that this was caused by a bug in the config.php file. Do you think that this might be the same (if a separate issue)?
