For our first keynote of the day we welcome Ian Dolphin Executive Director of the Apereo Foundation. The Apereo Foundation is a global network of higher education institutions that collaborate to develop and sustain software supporting education. Xerte is just one of the many powerful and growing list of open source tools promoted and supported by the Apereo Foundation. This session will highlight the core values of Apereo, and highlight some recent activities and ways to get involved.
