The project data has not loaded

Hi Everyone

I have just done an upgrade to XOT, to the latest build. However now when a user goes to open an old object they get "The project data has not loaded"

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Did you follow the upgrade guide or what steps did you take?
Is it possible directory or file permissions changed when you upgraded the files?

I followed the instructions to do the cleaner update of the two
Looking on the server the permissions look to be the same between the old and new folders

if the USER-FILES folder and all the project folders that contained are still intact and haven't changed then playing an existing project should be fine. Does login and the workspace all work ok?
Is there a public link to an example LO that gives this error that we can access?

That is one of the projects with the problem - in the USER-FILES folder, should the numbers at the start of the folder names relate the to template_id?

Yes that project is looking for the xml and media in /USER-FILES/89-heather.langstaff-Nottingham/data.xml does that exist? You have other projects that do work so is it possible this project was broken anyway? Are there lots of other projects that don't work?
