Hey guys!
I have a question and hope someone could help me:
We produced a video-learn DVD with XERTE for our students.
As a demo I uploaded a chapter (=one project) to our website. This DVD-Demo consists of the flash-exported project which is incorporated in a HTML document.
This HTML document is again incorporated with an iframe, and everything workes well.
The only thing that doesn`t work is the starting and ending points of the videos. they sometimes work, sometimes not. In our printed DVD it work perfectly, only in the uploaded version the starting and ending points of the videos are (sometimes!?) not supported.
Anybody has a clue why? Thank you for your help!! :-)
Greets from Vienna!

Does it work outside of the iframe? If you laod the page directly?

Hey Julian!
Thank you very much for the answer!
To give you a precise answer I downloaded the exact same content (which is used online) from the server and started it (without iframe) and it seems to work without any problems. The second thing I did was trying the online version also without iframe - which seems to work also perfectly.
So it seems your guess is right and it has to do with the iframe.
Do you have any experience what to do now, since I have to leave the iframe in our public website?

Cheers!
Christian

I still don't know if this is a xerte online toolkits project, or a project built from scratch in the developers edition?

Hi!
The project was first created in the Xerte Online Toolkit and than exported in the flash-version. In the stand-alone developers edition the videos were added and the starting/ending points were set.
Than it was saved again and uploaded. Is that enough information?
