About sharing. Looking at some screenhots I see you have installed Xerte on your personal PC. So the URL points to localhost. But, only you can go to localhost. You need to have a server that is reachable on the internet to share a link with someone else. I don't know your network structure or how you get on the internet, and although it's possible in theory to enable access to your Xerte installation via the internet by configuting your router, it is not something I can help you with.
