Importing page from one project to another is not importing associated images

We have just upgraded our installation to toolkits 3.9 and now when we use the import page function to import a page from another project, none of the images on the page are being imported at the same time. We did not have this issue with 3.8 according to my users.

Any insight on what might be causing this new issue?

I cannot reproduce that here.

It would help us if you could sed the two LO's so we can try to reproduce this.

BTW, apparently your email is not correct. As web admin I received the notification back as being undelivarable.

Unfortunately I am unable to share the learning objects. I will have to recreate them without the content in them and pass these on. If you can't reproduce, could it be a permission issue?

No, not really if you are able to upload images.

Sometimes it caused by some strange characters in the original LO. That's why I would like to see the original LO.

Are you getting errors in the dev console (press F12) of the browser?

Can you reproduce in a really simple LO?

Can you try to update to the latest 3.9 (so we are sure that we're looking at the same version)?
