Tracking provides a means to monitor individual learner engagement and performance on tasks. When Xerte projects are uploaded as SCORM packages into an LMS or VLE such as Blackboard and Moodle, this kind of data is recorded and can be accessed by teaching or training staff (for example, through Grade Centre in Blackboard).
In some cases, for tracking to work properly, a Stop Tracking page needs to be added, usually as the last page in a project. When you trial a Xerte project as a SCORM package, if scores are not being recorded and you receive error messages such as “Attempt in progress” or “Not completed”, you probably need to add a Stop Tracking page.
