Media Lesson > Panel > New Media
This items allows you to add another audio/video recording in the Other Content panel. You can add subtitles and MCQs related to this recording.

New Media: Core properties

| Clear Existing Content | Ensure that this audio/video replaces any existing content in the panel | Tick box | If you don't tick this box, the audio/video appears below any existing text or other content. |
New Media: Optional Properties

| Synch Point: End | Sets a point (in seconds) at which new audio/video disappears | Number | This produces the same effect as adding a Clear Panel item. |
| Transcript | Adds a transcript button below the audio/video. On click this reveals a transcript. | Text+ |
There is only one Language Option at this level in the item - you can change the default text on the Transcript Button.
There are 3 items you can add to New Media.
- New Pause/Jump point can be used to either pause this audio/video at a specified point, or to jump to another point in the audio/video.
- New Subtitles adds subtitles at specified synch points
- New Multiple Choice Question adds an MCQ.
