====== Project-level Optional Property (Bootstrap): Header ======

The header displays across the top of the screen, with the Navigation Bar either above or below it.  You don't have to include a header in your project, but websites conventionally include one.  You can use an image as a background for your header, or simply pick a background colour.  The active Page Title and Page Subtitle display in the header, and you can also add logos on either the left or right side of the header, or logos on each side.  You can also add a header (with a different layout) at page-level, and this will override the project-level header for that page.
