By default, the query is sent to the selected service exactly as entered, without AI modification. Examples: * ''A summer sunset'' * ''Teacher explaining to students'' * ''Transparent clipart of paperclip'' ===== Enable AI Query Interpretation ===== This option lets an AI model rewrite your query before sending it to the selected service. The goal is to make the query better match that service's search or generation behaviour, which may help you get more relevant results faster. ===== Enable AI Settings Auto-fill ===== This option instructs AI to automatically infer certain search parameters based on your selected service, such as: * colour * size * orientation Normally, these values are filled in manually. ===== Using the Tool Without AI ===== The **Image Search and Help Tool** can also be used without AI. To do this: * select **Retrieve Images** in Image Service Type * select any vendor * clear **Enable AI Query Interpretation** * clear **Enable AI Settings Auto-fill** This allows you to perform a manual search without AI involvement. If your administrator has enabled the Image Search and Help Tool but has not enabled any AI settings, vendors or other functionalities, you will only see the options which do not use AI by default. **Tip:** Check the messages at the bottom of the AI section to confirm whether AI is currently being used. {{:imgsh_ai_usage_tio.jpg?400}} ===== Selecting and Keeping Images ===== After the search or generation is complete, a selection window will appear.
