+There is only one **Language Option** at this level in the item - you can change the default text on the Transcript Button.

+  * **New Pause/Jump point ** can be used to either pause this audio/video at a specified point, or to jump to another point in the audio/video.
+  * **New Subtitles** adds subtitles at specified synch points
+  * **New Multiple Choice Question** adds an MCQ.
